Every year in October the annual congress takes place and at the beginning of the year after the regional exchange meetings the "spirits" congress takes place.
On 8 and 9 March last, the 2020 spirits congress was held in Paris. The CAVAVIN group brought together its French and international franchisees as well as the partners of the distilleries.
In total, more than 100 people gathered.
Our suppliers introduced 170 new products. This tasting was followed by a gala dinner at Don Camilo.
The day on Monday allowed our franchisees to learn the art of mixiology by learning the basics of cocktail composition. During this participative workshop, our franchisees had to create their own cocktail.
As usual, everything took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere, that of the great CAVAVIN family... !
CAVAVIN aims to increase its international dimension. With nearly 200 wineries, CAVAVIN is present in almost 13 countries. This drive to expand internationally is continuing in the Netherlands and Flanders.
